Several years ago, after the birth of my 3rd child, I lost 85 pounds by following the Trim Healthy Mama program. At that time, I had their very first book, which was self published and VERY LENGTHY to read and difficult for many people to understand. Somehow it clicked, and I found the very first eating plan that I really enjoyed and found success with!
Now here I am, 5 months postpartum after my 4th child, and I’m ready to do it all over again! This time, I’ve got the help of their brand new cookbook, Trim Healthy Table. I ordered it from Amazon and sat down at the end of last week and created a meal plan. I ordered my groceries online from Walmart and picked them up yesterday, saving me tons of time, and I got started first thing this morning.
I’m not excited about having to do this all over again, but at least this time I know that it’s possible! I’m going to document my journey this time, just like I did the first time, and hope that you will follow along with me!
